The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks of companies of any market capitalization and other equity securities, including shares of exchange-traded funds. The fund may invest more than 25% of its assets in any of the following sectors: consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, financials, health care, industrials, materials, technology, telecommunications services, and utilities. It may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in the stocks of foreign companies.
