To achieve long term capital gains through investment in a diversified portfolio of private equity funds investing predominantly in Europe. The Company will focus on investing in private equity funds which invest in buyouts. The Manager will have the flexibility to invest up to 20% of the Company’s gross assets at the time of purchase in funds which invest outside Europe. The company does not invest more than 15% of its gross assets in other listed investment companies (including investments trust).
