The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the NASDAQ OMX Global Steel IndexSM (the "underlying index").
The fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of companies engaged in the steel industry that comprise the underlying index, and American depositary receipts ("ADRs") and global depositary receipts ("GDRs") that are based on the securities in the underlying index. It anticipates that the majority of its investments will be in the securities that comprise the underlying index rather than in ADRs and GDRs. The fund is non-diversified.
