The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the AlphaShares China All-Cap Index.
The fund will invest in and hold the US ETF, the Guggenheim S&P All-Cap ETF, which in turn invests at least 80% of assets in common stock, ADRs, ADSs, GDRs and IDRs that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure and monitor the performance of publicly issued common equity securities of publicly-traded companies based in mainland China.
