The investment objectives of the Investment Fund Real Estate Development Santander-Santiago VII are investing their resources in real property located in Chile, whose revenues come from its use as real estate, through the construction and real estate development. The Fund will invest its resources in the following assets: a) Contributions of private investment funds whose purpose is investment in real estate for development. b) Real estate located in Chile, whose income comes from his farm and real estate business. c) Shares of corporations whose sole purpose is the real estate business, with annual financial statements audited by external auditors, those enrolled in the registry that purpose by the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance. d) Shares or rights to real estate in communities located in Chile.
