The Company invests in cash flow CLO transactions, managed by portfolio managers with proven track records and seeks to achieve diversification across asset class, geography, manager, and maturity profile. There will be minimal exposure to CLOs where the underlying assets comprise unsecured corporate bonds. The majority of the Company’s investments will comprise of Income Notes and mezzanine tranches in actively managed CLOs, with a variety of portfolio managers. The Company may also invest in senior tranches of leveraged loan CLOs where attractive opportunities are identified.
