The Sub-Fund’s net assets will be mainly invested in equity and equity-related instruments of any kind, including for example shares and bonds convertible into shares, issued by issuers located in China or listed on a securities stock exchange in China or traded on another regulated market in China. The Sub-Fund does not invest in A-shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange or on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The investments will first and foremost be selected on the basis of the stock market capitalization of the securities relative to that of the market on which they are listed, while also taking into account their liquidity and the size of the float.
