The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expense, of the MSCI EM Far East index.
The index is a market-capitalisation weighted index designed to measure the performance of the largest companies in China (as accessible through the Hong Kong market), Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand, as defined by the Index Provider. In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will aim to invest in securities included in the Index in generally the same proportions in which they are included in the Index. Most of the securities in which the Fund invests will be listed or traded on Recognised Markets.
